Wedding Registry

We have been overwhelmed with all the support we have received since our engagement last year. Many people have been asking where we are registered. Because we are moving to Japan this summer, we don’t really want large gifts–we’re short on space as it is! There are a few items, but in lieu of gifts, we hope you’ll consider helping us cover the expenses of moving to Okinawa that the military won’t pay for, because of DOMA. Hello family and friends!

Welcome to our website! Here you will find information and details about our upcoming wedding. As of this week, we have a date and a venue picked out: Saturday, May 25, 2013, in Seattle, Washington!

We have so many friends and family all around the world that we want to share all the exciting details with. We know, however, that not everyone is going to be able to join us for the actual event in Seattle (if all 103k people who liked this photo on Facebook came, we wouldn’t even be able to hold the event at CenturyLink Field!). However, for those attending, this site is where you will find info regarding travel and hotels.

More details to come. For now, please enjoy these photos of the famous White House proposal that made us an international Internet sensation (for a day).
